This value is defined as 100 for each experiment.

Cell survival was determined by measuring the MDH activities of transfectant human malignant keratinocytes when exposed to the concentrations of NMU, NEU, and LPS tested. No significant difference in cell viability was found between alkylating agents and LPS-treated and nontreated cells.
