BEAS-2B cells were treated with TNF-α+IFN-γ (10 ng/mL), NRG-1 (10 nmol/mL), and TNF-α+IFN-γ (10 ng/mL)+NRG-1 (10 nmol/mL). The data are presented as the mean ± S.D; *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 indicate a significant difference between the control and TNF-α and IFN-γ-treated groups, and ##P < 0.01 indicates significant difference between the TNF-α and IFN-γ and TNF-α+IFN-γ+NRG-1-treated groups.
