(A) A549 cells were incubated with DCD[siRNA] or immuno-DCD[siRNA] in serum-free or 60% serum-containing media. After 4 h, the intracellular localization of siRNA was taken by fluorescence microscope. (FITC-labeled siRNA (green), liposomes (red)) (B) Immuno-DCD [siRNA] was incubated to the A549 cells for 4 h at 37℃ after pre-treatment with the anti-PD-L1 antibody for 30 min at 4℃ and then the rhodamine of liposomes and FITC of siRNA control were analyzed by flow cytometry (Black: A549 control, Red: Immuno-DCD[siRNA], Green: anti-PD-L1 antibody + Immuno-DCD[siRNA]).
