(A) The IL-6 and IL-8 concentration was measured in cell supernatants using ELISA. (B) Cell viability was evaluated by an MTT assay. The results are the mean ± S.D of determinations from three separate experiments (*P < 0.05 vs. un-treated cell, **P < 0.05 vs. TNF-α + IFN-γ alone).
