Fig. 2. SAM extracts were treated at concentrations of 0.01 mg/mL, 0.05 mg/mL, 0.5 mg/mL, 1.0 mg/mL, and 3.0 mg/mL, respectively, and the inhibitory activity of xanthine oxidase (XO) was measured. Nitric oxide (NO) scavenging ability tended to increase depending on the concentration of the extract. The data were expressed as the mean ± SD (n=5).
