C2C12 myocytes were plated in GM until 80~90% confluence and then grown in DM with or without 50 or 200 μg of TA. Culture samples were analyzed for the morphologic and molecular phenotype studies from four time points: growth medium (GM), day 1 (DM1), day 3 (DM3), and day 5 (DM5).
