C2C12 cells were cultured in DM and were treated with or without 50 or 200 μg of TA. The cells were harvested on differentiation days 1, 3, and 5. qRT-PCR was performed to assess the expression of MyoD, myogenin, MEF2C, MCK, and MyHC during myoblast differentiation. Results are expressed as mean ± SD. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 compared with the vehicle controls.
